Mini sport
The methodology of Mini Sport is a process simplified sports initiation that aims to adapt the capabilities and needs of children and adolescents between 9 and 15 years to a specific sport as fun and entertaining as possible.

This process enables learning a sport always linked to the features of the game and following an ideal educational progression. Usually change is playing space the dimensions of the (court or field) the ball, the obstacles (volleyball net) and goal (goal, basket, etc.). Thus, the number of participants is proportional to the size of the space and motor skills of children at this age. This allows greater contact with the ball (key point of motivation) and a greater number of executions, facilitating learning by repetition.

Methodology Share Initiation Volleyball was based on the initiation process of the International Volleyball Federation (FIVB) called Mini Volleyball. This method has been improved by professionals working in Socioesportivo Program of the Institute Share, with the focus to prioritize the transmission of the values ​​of sport and not the formation of athletes.
