Between July 31 and August 3 happened I Social Festival Abada - Capoeira in the cities of Rio de Janeiro and Niteroi / RJ. On 01, the event saw the participation of some students design mode Sport in Action, Core Forte do Leme, for a capoeira aulão promoted on the court of the United Youth of Santa Marta, in Botafogo, Rio de Janeiro neighborhood. Animated, girls and boys were accompanied to the festival by Professor Gisela Folly, "Gigi" as it is known in capoeira, which showed them the Master Shirt. The administrative assistant of the Institute Share, Michelle Barcelos, and some family members were also present.

The event was a realization of Abada Capoeira group, whose founding president of the Master Shirt, José Tadeu Carneiro Cardoso. Born in Jacobina, in the interior of Bahia, he began to study and practice capoeira with only seven years old. Years later, Master Shirt traveled to Brazil, devoted his time to research and capoeira has developed its own teaching method, based on the concepts of Mestre Bimba (founder of the sport).

It was in 1988 that Mestre Camisa created Brazilian Association for Support and Development of Arts Capoeira (Abada - Capoeira), now with over 40,000 members in 42 countries. During the festival, children and adolescents of the project Sport in Action and other social programs might be next to Mestre Camisa, including Gigi teacher, who assisted in the poultry aulão. The timing was very happy and the kids took the opportunity to take some pictures.

"Meet the Teacher shirt was exciting for the students and their families," said Gigi. The student Alejandra Mendoza, 8, was happy to have participated in the festival: "I liked the event because it met Shirt Master and a new place, which had never been, to do one of the things I like best! I was flattered to know the Master, for I know the one who taught my teacher. I also enjoyed seeing other people Abadá !, revealed excited.

Capoeira aulão entertains participants of Sports in Action and other social projects that leverage the Master's teachings shirt.

The colleague Luiz Henrique de Souza, 15, was also pleased: "I played a lot, several times to improve and keep good time," he said. Before leaving, the students attended a presentation of the United Youth Samba School of Santa Marta, which made the day even more fun.
