A integração entre eles aconteceu naturalmente e de maneira bem divertida por meio da prática esportiva.

O evento ganhou proporção: a princípio, os professores de educação física da escola levariam, a cada 50 minutos, uma nova turma para o festival até o último horário de aula do colégio, mas a empolgação foi tanta que até os docentes de outras disciplinas, como português e matemática, fizeram o mesmo. Apesar de sentirem, inicialmente, algumas dificuldades com a grande quantidade de crianças e adolescentes, os alunos do projeto deram conta do recado e conseguiram realizar suas tarefas, como o monitoramento dos jogos, com qualidade.

O festival interno de minivôlei, promovido pelo Núcleo Guarapuava no dia 23 de novembro, integrou as crianças e adolescentes da categoria Mini 3×3 (11-12 anos) com os colegas das categorias Mini 4×4 (13 anos) e Vôlei (14 e 15 anos) por meio de jogos bem animados. Alguns pais e responsáveis acompanharam o evento, que aconteceu no ginásio de esportes do Colégio Estadual Visconde de Guarapuava – local onde acontecem as aulas de voleibol do projeto Núcleos de Iniciação ao Voleibol no Paraná. Os alunos gostaram tanto do festival que até pediram que acontecesse mais vezes.

Evento favorece a integração e aumenta a amizade entre amigas.

Enquanto os mais novos jogavam, os adolescentes das categorias Mini 4×4 e Vôlei exerciam a responsabilidade de arbitrar os jogos e contar os pontos, situação que acontece especialmente em eventos como esse, que se tornam fundamentais justamente por propiciarem experiências fora do contexto das aulas. Os próprios alunos conseguiram identificar os benefícios dos festivais internos. “O festival é muito importante para o Mini 3×3 que está no início! Por meio dele, os alunos desenvolvem muito os valores trabalhados no projeto, tanto a cooperação com o grupo quanto o respeito de uns com os outros em quadra. Também é importante para os alunos do Mini 4×4 e Vôlei aprenderem a arbitrar jogos. Eu gostei muito!”, explicou a aluna Ericca Rickl, 13 anos, da categoria Mini 4×4.

Sábado animado reúne colegas das categorias Mini 3x3, Mini 4x4 e Vôlei.

A mãe do aluno Alexandre Fornazzari, 13 anos, Carla Fornazzari, aproveitou o momento para elogiar as aulas de voleibol: “acho o projeto muito bom, pois ajuda os alunos a aprenderem valores. Eles desenvolvem cooperação no grupo, bem como respeito aos demais e a professora também! Hoje meu filho aprendeu a apitar! Eu, como mãe, aprovo e incentivo esse projeto porque tudo vem a somar na formação das crianças” disse. A equipe da aluna Taynara Letícia da categoria Mini 3×3, não se saiu tão bem durante as partidas, mas mesmo assim ela gostou do evento. “Eu cheguei cheia de confiança para participar do festival, porém minha equipe não teve um bom resultado, daí passei a incentivar minha amiga, Ariane, que estava em outra equipe. Eu aprendi a cooperar com os outros, mesmo quando fiquei desanimada durante os jogos porque minha equipe mais perdeu do que ganhou, mas isso faz parte! O festival estava muito bom, minha amiga foi muito bem e fiquei feliz por ela”, comentou.
