During the lecture, the executive manager of Share talked to teens differently, asking questions and discussing the answers, to take advantage of what was a public well acquainted with the sports theme and events. "It would not do me just tell you what we do in the Share had to make them engage and reflect and learn in a more practical way, getting as close as possible to their reality," he said. Nando divided young people into four groups and put participants to work. "I gave a questionnaire to them, that they organize a fictional event with kites. They had to think of justifications for the event, place, human and material resources, "said Nando. Participants also had to respond to possible critical points of the event. "To organize an event and we need to think of everything, even have a plan B for some things. If you program well, execution is easy and has little risk of error, "said the executive manager.
Nando liked the conversation, mainly to be working with young people, helping them, rather than say what they have to do. "We are accustomed to say that young people have to perform, we have to encourage them so they think. The role of this type of course is very interesting, teenagers have to make decisions and take risks. We must help them so that these risks are minimized, it is very important to talk to them as soon as possible, "said Nando.
