Alunos do projeto Núcleos de Iniciação ao Voleibol no Paraná jogam com equipes convidadas de Curitiba e região metropolitana.

O evento organizado pelos próprios alunos do Super Vôlei do projeto Núcleos de Iniciação ao Voleibol no Paraná, nomeado como Grand Prix, reuniu cerca de 130 adolescentes de Curitiba e região metropolitana para muitos jogos e diversão. O festival de voleibol aconteceu durante todo o sábado, dia 17 de maio, no Campus da Secretaria do Estado do Esporte e Turismo – local de aulas do Núcleo Central. As equipes convidadas representaram a Prefeitura Municipal de Piraquara, Prefeitura Municipal de Pinhais, Prefeitura Municipal de Araucária, Colégio Marista Santa Maria, Colégio Rosi Galvão e Associação do Pessoal da Caixa Econômica Federal. A levantadora da equipe Unilever de vôlei feminino e ex-aluna do projeto, Roberta Ratzke, também esteve presente, realizou um bate-papo com os alunos e proporcionou momentos marcantes a todos.

Além de praticarem esporte, os participantes se envolveram em atividades educacionais com o tema: “Por um mundo sem violência, sem drogas e sem racismo”. Em uma pesquisa anônima sobre o evento, feita com os adolescentes e professores (do projeto e convidados) foi possível identificar algumas percepções: “o tema escolhido foi ótimo” – aluno (a) convidado (a).

Era evidente o cuidado dos alunos e professores em proporcionar aos convidados um evento inesquecível. Desde o início, todos se ajudaram. Preocuparam-se com cada detalhe, inclusive com a alimentação dos participantes e prepararam uma mesa de frutas. “Achei lindo que os alunos ajudaram a organizar o campeonato, pois nunca tinha presenciado algo feito por alunos” – aluno (a) convidado (a). Outro depoimento, mas de um (a) aluno (a) do projeto revelou: “me senti mais importante ajudando na organização”. Antes de entrarem em quadra, todos cantaram o Hino Nacional Brasileiro.

Enquanto uns colocavam em prática suas habilidades com o voleibol, outros ficavam atentos e observavam quem mais se destacava nos fundamentos do esporte e na prática dos valores. Assim, por meio de votação dos próprios participantes, os alunos que receberam mais votos nestes critérios ganharam prêmios. Aqueles que exercitaram a responsabilidade e souberam respeitar os colegas, adversários e arbitragem, foram chamados de “Guardiões de Valores”. Os árbitros dos jogos eram ex-alunos do projeto, mas que não perderam o vínculo com colegas e professores. Sempre que conseguem, comparecem aos eventos e ajudam da maneira que podem. No Grand Prix em especial, foram fundamentais.

No período da tarde, a garotada do Super Vôlei surpreendeu e deu um show nas quadras de um jeito diferente e especial. Com o auxílio dos professores, eles fizeram uma apresentação de teatro e encenaram uma partida de voleibol sem a bola. Narrada por uma das professoras, uma equipe representou o valor da cooperação e a outra a violência, mas também foram abordados os temas droga e racismo. “Muito empolgante! Parabéns para eles, adorei a abertura e teatro” – aluno (a) convidado (a). O objetivo foi conscientizar os participantes sobre a importância de praticar atitudes corretas e a equipe vencedora desta brincadeira foi da cooperação.

Ex-alunos do projeto Núcleos de Iniciação ao Voleibol no Paraná ajudam na arbitragem do festival

Para complementar a apresentação teatral, os alunos do projeto deixaram uma mensagem aos seus colegas, por meio de cartazes sobre a necessidade de acabar com a violência e o racismo. Em seguida, aconteceram os jogos da fase final, ao mesmo tempo da mostra cultural. Nela, ficaram expostos os cartazes com o tema “Por um mundo sem violência, sem drogas e sem racismo”, produzidos pelos convidados e anfitriões do evento.

O final do Grand Prix contou com outra novidade, a presença da levantadora da equipe de vôlei feminino Unilever, Roberta Ratzke. No clima do evento, a atleta aproveitou o momento para falar sobre violência e racismo no esporte. Comentou também sobre sua experiência com as aulas do projeto Núcleos de Iniciação ao Voleibol no Paraná. Roberta inspirou e emocionou muitos adolescentes e encerrou o festival com chave de ouro.

Merecem destaque especial as professoras Dayane Prado, Rosana Rocha e Tatiana Ribas em proporcionar aos alunos a possibilidade de se envolverem na organização das atividades e por terem conduzido o evento de maneira exemplar. “Aprendi muito com os erros, me diverti e não posso achar ocupação melhor para uma tarde de sábado” – aluno (a) do projeto.
