Hundreds of children and adolescents of the project Sport in Action and sports centers and leisure in the City of São José dos Pinhais Minivôlei participate in the Festival.
Volleyball Festival held in the Sports and Leisure Centre max rosenmann, popularly known as Gym Afonso Pena, gathered about 240 children and teenagers practitioners of the sport in São José dos Pinhais / PR, on 22 May. The event was a partnership between the Municipality - through the Municipal Sporting Goods (Semel) - Share Institute and program Athlete of the Future, Sesi. Attended by students from Afonso Pena centers (headquartered in the gym) and City project Garden Sport in the Share Action, in addition to centers and sports centers and leisure Borda do Campo, Fátima Jardim, St Mark's, Ney Braga, Quissisana and Santos Dumont. The kids took advantage of the festival to play volleyball, work out what they have learned in socioesportivas classes, have fun and make new friends.
Nivarlei Coan, responsible for the Division of Popular Sports of Semel was at the festival and highlighted the high number of parents and guardians present. "They accompanied their children, encouraged and attended the event," he said. Mini blocks of 2 × 2, 3 × 3 and Mini Volleyball were assembled, as applied in the Methodology Share Initiation Volleyball in the Paraná. The coordinator of Sao Jose dos Pinhais Centers (Afonso Pena and Garden City) of Sport in Action, Fabiano Prado, revealed that "volleyball is being stimulated by Semel teachers and gradually they are seeking the methodology for the initiation of the students. "
The games started in the afternoon and as soon as children and teenagers came to the gym were told about the organization. The courts were monitored by teachers who encouraged matches between different cores so that there was integration between the kids. Fabiano Prado point out as positive values exercised by students, such as cooperation, solidarity, respect and responsibility. A student of the Center Ney Braga, Nicole Silva, liked to have participated: "I found good fun and good festival because we know and play with different people," he said.
Sport and Leisure Centre max rosenmann, popularly known as Gym Afonso Pena, is home to the Center project Afonso Pena Sport in Action.
At the end of the festival, all children and adolescents received stickers of the Institute Share and there was still draw entity gifts such as water bottles, caps, mochilinhas and keychains. Caroline Cruz, category Mini 2 × 2 core Cidade Jardim said he liked a lot of games. "At first I thought I would not win any game but managed to win with my colleagues," he said. The colleague Borda do Campo Core, Matthew Nascimento, was excited: "it was really cool because it met all cores for a day volleyball and lots of fun," he said. The transport students to the event was donated by Semel.
