Share The Institute is preparing to open four new Social and Sporting cores project Volleyball Network in Rio de Janeiro / RJ. By the end of 2013, the state capital was thirsty ten cores and, starting this year, will feature 14. minivôlei classes for children and adolescents between 9 and 15 years, are expected to start after Carnival. The entity's project analyst Vinicius Petrunko, was in Rio on 13 and 14 February to deliver the accreditation of new teachers, Anja Barreto, Felipe Monteiro, Rosa Maria de Moura and Wesley Lima, as well as Alessandra Telles, replacing Professor Ana Carla Speck Core Engenho da Rainha. Vinicius used the event to carry out the improvement of professionals already working in the project.
The purpose of accreditation is to present the Methodology Share Initiation Volleyball to the physical education teachers of municipal schools, who work in schools headquarters of the Social and Sporting projects of the Institute Share. Each year, the Share realizes the improvement of teachers already working on projects with regard to technical and educational values and make an assessment of the development of projects in previous years.
In the two days of accreditation, it was explained the functioning of the institution, methodology (with demonstrations), administrative and other processes relating to professional demands. The coordinator of the Rio Nuclei / RJ, Renata Régis, the representative of the City Department of Education, Cristina Brum, and the teachers of the Fort of Leme Sport in Action project core, Laura Brazil and Mariana Cochrane, accompanied the event.
The improvement was realized only in the afternoon on Thursday (13), at which time the veteran teachers knew the new co-workers. According to the project analyst, this first contact was very positive. "Teachers with more working time praised the Network Volleyball and said that with this project changed the way of teaching during their physical education classes," he said. They also highlighted the teaching of values, opposing the idea of sport only for the training of athletes. This all led to the newcomers.
The new cores Bank, Guadalupe, Ricardo Albuquerque and Vicar General will be responsible for serving approximately 340 students in contraturno classes of municipal schools Dunshee de Abranches, Rose Klabin, Alexandre Farah and Republic of Lebanon, respectively. Thus, the Rio Nuclei / RJ project Volleyball Network come to serve approximately 1,200 children and adolescents.
