Staff of the Institute Share, couple and the technical Rezende gather on the first day to know the diagnosis and establish new visions.
After years of service to children and adolescent labor in projects and Social and Sporting Centers in search of human development through sport, the Institute Share felt the need to improve what is being done and think of new challenges. For this, it hired management consultancy, the couple, who conducted the Participatory Strategic Planning (PEP) to plot, next to the Post staff, new shares of the next two years the institution.
The first stage took place during the months from October to December 2013 and the couple heard 44 people among internal staff, partners and leaders of society who gave rich contribution to the internal and external diagnostics. A synthesis of this first result was presented to the Board, including the CEO, Bernardo Rezende - coach of the Brazilian national volleyball, Rezende - in Rio de Janeiro in December.

Between 6 and 9 February, came the Classroom Meeting with the participation of 15 people related to Share and selected for its representativeness in light area of expertise, projects and regions they serve. This second step of the process was in Curitiba / PR, site administration of the Institute office, and had the opening made by Rezende who exposed their wishes for the coming years of the organization, reminding everyone that excellence and sustainability are priorities in any work to be developed.
During these four days of immersion, Marina de Oliveira and Cristiane Fornazier Couple, mediated the discussion and the participants expressed their views to the entity, discussed ways to improve it and developed the Action Plan for 2014 and 2015. According to the executive manager Share Luiz Fernando Nascimento - Nando - this time it is important to consider how the institution can grow. "We need to harness the positive scenario for the sport in the country with the approach of the 2016 Olympic Games and make the Institute Share have even more relevance in sport with strengthening values as a transforming element of society. This is what we know to do well, "said Nando.
Satisfied, the PEP staff ends with many challenges and hard work.
The manager also said that the participants' involvement was essential to building the future of the Institute and will now rely on all teachers, coordinators and partners linked to Share for the action plan is put into practice effectively. "The dedication of all was remarkable and I'm sure we are taking important steps not only to the ongoing evolution of the share, but also personally and professionally each," he concludes.
