During the 5th Feijoada Benefit Reading Time of the Children's Institute held on September 29, the Post Office, represented by Rezende, its CEO and Luiz Fernando Nascimento, executive manager was honored by the partnership between the two entities. The event took place at the Othon Palace Hotel in Rio de Janeiro / RJ.
Developed by the Children's Institute and sponsored by grants from the private sector, the Reading Time program serves up to a thousand children and young people a year in public schools in the state of Rio de Janeiro. Your goal is to bring the youth of books and arouse the pleasure in reading, encouraging reading on a large scale. Two schools receiving Reading Time program also participate in the Institute Share projects: Municipal School St. Thomas Aquinas which has students in the project Sport in Action, Leme Strong Core and CIEP Composer Donga host the Volleyball Project Network, Core Taquara - Rio / RJ.
In this issue feijoada was attended by the working group of each core and program students who took the reading little letters of thanks to donors, thrilling all who were present. Moreover, they attended the event volunteer management program, Priscilla Mendes and president of the Children's Institute, Pedro Werneck and volleyball former athlete Fernanda Venturini, Rezende coach's wife.
