The event began at 9 am on Saturday, only to end at 9 am on Sunday, on Children's Day. The opening ceremony was held in the evening, 19 hours, so that parents and guardians could be present to honor the activities with their children. The event was open to the pubic up to 00 hours, after which only remained in school students of the project, two physical education trainees Unicentro and father, who helped Valdinéia what was necessary. The student core, Victor Chiquito, the Mini 4 × 4 category, 12, was the one who held the oath design student, followed by presentations of Rope Skipping, sport that is the use of ropes.

The registered teams, made up of children and teenagers born between 1999 and 2003, could play volleyball for an hour each. Parents, relatives and teachers also came into court. Students design wore the shirts produced especially for the day of the event. All were white, but what differentiated classes and categories Mini 3 × 3, 4 × 4 and Mini Volleyball were the colors of the sleeves, purple, blue, green and orange. These young people also refereed the matches, counted the points - ideal situation to train the responsibility - and participated in workshops values such as cooperation and respect.
