Boys State College Visconde de Guarapuava participate in volleyball games organized last year.
The catchy name and challenging event "24 volleyball" with date scheduled for September 20, draws the attention of children and adolescents from Guarapuava passionate about the sport. They are expected about 350 children and adolescents in the State College Visconde de Guarapuava, Guarapuava headquarters of the Center of Initiation Centers project to Volleyball in Paraná. Are invited to attend this edition students of Pitanga core - the same project - the City Little School Volleyball, women's team of the Athletic Association of the Bank of Brazil and female Master team, all accompanied by their teachers, plus those responsible for students, staff the college, alumni of the project and others involved in local, state and private schools.
What seems incredible and unusual it is true: 24 volleyball will begin at 9 am on 20 September and end at 9am the next day. It will be some time for fun and several volleyball games organized in blocks of categories Mini 3 × 3, 4 × 4 and Mini Volleyball. The students themselves will perform arbitration, working the values of responsibility, respect and autonomy. To involve children, the teacher core and responsible for the event, Valdinéia Lemos, aims to provide, through the recreation team of municipality, inflatable toys and trampoline. They are also provided two lectures to students, even without defined themes, one in the morning and afternoon. For people who are not part of the project Initiation Centers to Volleyball in Paraná, the event ends with the parents of the games, scheduled to take place from 23h to 00h. From there, only students can stay at school with parental consent.
Registrations, free, will be held until the 16th of September. Teams will be divided by gender for students with project ages (11-15 years). Already the free category, as parents, can be mixed. The expectation of Valdinéia Lemos teacher is good. "I am very excited about the organization because I know it's an event that students expect a lot! I hope you have good participation from other schools. I know that parents shall, for loved other years! "He says. The idea came in 2008 when Valdinéia and Professor Jaciel Andrade, who also taught classes in the project, worked together. The second edition of the event took place in 2010.
Through the help of the direction of the State College Visconde de Guarapuava are being prepared snacks and trophies made of participation, tailored to the event, so all the teams that will be present. "I know that sport is one of the most important manifestations of contemporary life to restore individuals to the various professional and social activities. So we seek through this event to promote the sport, in particular the form of volleyball, during a period of 24 uninterrupted hours "explains the professor.
