The Master in Pedagogy of Sport and coordinator of the Human Development Program at Sport - PRODHE - the University of São Paulo, Paula Korsakas, was in Curitiba / PR for two days. On March 24, a meeting with professionals of the Institute Share, aimed to exchange positive experiences, seek solutions to difficulties in common and learn more about the work of the entity. On the 25th, Paula presented the Canadian Sports System to professionals invited by the Municipal Department of Sport, Recreation and Youth Curitiba-four coordinators of Share attended.
Once arrived in Curitiba, Paula was meeting the administrative office of the Share where he talked to the executive manager, Luiz Fernando Nascimento - Nando - and exchanged some information on monitoring and evaluation of socioesportivas activities, among other strategic issues. "We must seek, in addition to promoting human development through sport, a democratic sporting culture, affordable and guarantee the right of practice throughout the country. We need to inspire new initiatives like ours."
In the afternoon, the visit was the project of the Central Core Initiation Centers to Volleyball in Paraná, oldest of the Institute. The researcher knew the Methodology Share Initiation Volleyball in practice and the way teachers work values - cooperation, responsibility, respect and autonomy, and self-esteem and overcoming - intentionally and at all times of school. At the end, there was a chat with teachers who could take questions, discuss points and grow each other.
"I want to thank the reception and it was a pleasure to know the work of the Institute Share in practice," the researcher says. "We live discussing monitoring and evaluation of actions, seeking indicators that prove the efficiency of Social and Sporting Projects. But the most reliable is always see the engagement of children and adolescents when they are in activities, "he says and takes the opportunity to praise the work of the Institute's teachers. "The joy of the students is very clear! This reflects the professional team work committed to improving school, "he concludes.
The shine in the eyes of students and the satisfaction to be part of the project call the attention of the researcher.
