During the 11th, 12th and 13th of March, Francisco Junior teachers and Marcos Vinicius da Silva of Lagoa Centers Santa / MG Network Volleyball project participated in the improvement of Share Initiation Method to Volleyball, held by the project analyst, Katia Keller . On that occasion, six other teachers of municipal schools had contact with the methodology. The event took place in the Municipal School Professor Mello Teixeira, seat of minivôlei classes Core Santos Dumont, with theoretical activities and good production practices and praised by the participants.
As the Centers Lagoa Santa are new (opened in September 2013), teachers are still adjusting to the methodology and improvement is an opportunity to answer questions and evaluate the development of professionals as to the understanding of volleyball technique and the teaching of values . Already accreditation, enables other physical education teachers know the work on the projects so that they can apply the methodology to other schools that are not centers of Share.

On the first day of the event, all have come to know a little more of the Institute Share and the principles and advantages of the methodology. To make it more dynamic and interactive meeting, the next two days counted on practical classes, at which time the analyst projects could clearly see the interest and enthusiasm of the participants, who seized on the Mini 2 categories × 2 Mini 3 × 3 and Mini 4 × 4, and the inclusion of the values at all times of the class. Some students of the project in the city took part in practical activities to facilitate understanding of the contents by professionals.
Professor of municipal schools, Daniel Veronezzi, gave high praise to the event. "It was very interesting and fruitful in every way. We learned a lot about the design methodology and volleyball (technical fundamentals of the game, tactical, etc.). The instructor Katya gave himself enough, demonstrated quite area, ease and enough interest to pass on all his knowledge, "reported satisfied. Excellent teaching, dynamic teaching, well-organized material, recovery of children and adolescents, competence in the statements and instructions and commitment to the students were some of the positive points highlighted by the other participants.

During the meeting in Lagoa Santa, Katia also dedicated a time of his visit to present to teachers Francisco Junior and Marcos Vinicius da Silva, the results of 2013 and goals for 2014 and the System of the Institute Share Management (Sigic) monitoring quantitatively the progress of the core. Katia dedicated 17 years to the entity, initially as a teacher, then as coordinator of Core Design interior Initiation Centers to Volleyball in Paraná, taking over earlier this year the project analyst of responsibility of the five Nuclei Campinas / SP, two cores Lagoa Santa / MG, Core Protasio Alves / RS and Core Natal / RN, all the Network Volleyball design.
