Children and adolescents of Sport in Action project experience exchange experiences and fun times with colleagues from São José dos Pinhais region.
The City of São José dos Pinhais, through the Municipal Sporting Goods (Semel), invited project participants in Sport City Action for Beach Volleyball Festival, held on 01 November. Despite the students of the Center Cidade Jardim do not practice this sport, the experience was worth it and provided moments of fun and learning for many children and adolescents in the region. "The students had a great time! It was the first time they participated in the Beach Volleyball Festival. There has been much cooperation during the games and everyone cheered by his colleagues, "said the core volleyball teacher, Gabriele Benetti.
Beach volleyball is new to the students of the Center City Garden.
The event took place on the sand courts located in the outside area of Gym Ney Braga, in downtown São José dos Pinhais / PR and the kids got there via transportation provided by the own City Hall, partner of Sport in Action project. Professor Gabriele has not forgotten any details and before leaving the nucleus, given if students were in uniform and with the proper permits of those responsible, to check if students were fulfilling their responsibilities. "The output of the students is always a good opportunity to see how they behave and whether we are managing to work the design values: cooperation, responsibility, respect, autonomy, and others such as solidarity," said the teacher.
Already the site of Beach Volleyball Festival, children and adolescents were divided into quartets, according to the year of birth, set up their teams and began to play! "I like it! Despite some difficulties in the game, I gained more experience, "said the Kauany Gabardo student, 14, from category Mini 3 × 3. Already colleague Alessandra Pinheiro, 10, the Mini 2 × 2 category, said another plus: "I liked it a lot because we played with other colleagues and made new friends." The coordinator Fabiano Prado was also happy with the event, "the partnership with Semel is getting (more) narrow what motivates us even (more) for the year 2014," he said.
