On 19 December, the coach Rezende, chief executive of the Institute Share, attended the graduation of the first class of ninth year of Experimental Elementary School Gymnasium Olympic Juan Antonio Samaranch. This is because he was chosen unanimously among the 63 trainees as patron of the class by its share of the national sport. The ceremony took place at the school, at 17h.
The Experimental Olympic Gymnasium Juan Antonio Samaranch is the first public school directed Brazil to the sport and is part of a program of Rio de Janeiro City Hall that aims to be an educational and sporting legacy of the Olympic Games in 2016. The mission this initiative is to train student-athletes-citizens, it aims to train young guided on academic excellence, training for the sport and the construction of citizenship. Despite the short working time - started in 2012 - there are some excellent results both academics as sports, gaining prominence among municipal schools of Rio de Janeiro and in the main municipal and state student competitions.
