The CEO of the Institute Share lecture minister in the eighth edition of Coffee with incentives.

The CEO of the Institute Share, the coach Rezende, went to Brasilia on 03 July and took part in the eighth edition of Coffee with Incentive, promoted by the Ministry of Sports. During the event, the coach of the Brazilian men's volleyball talked about his experience in Share - receiving the support of the Sports Incentive Act (LEL) for the initiation of the project Nuclei Volleyball in Parana - and also about the importance of work teamwork, leadership and motivation.

When he decided to found the Institute Share, in 2003, the coach Bernardinho aimed to provide opportunities to children and adolescents, as well as received in his career. For him, the sport is an instrument to convey learning: "Volleyball is eminently collective. Therefore, we see it a number of important lessons. Pass this on to young people is in addition to teaching, working with self-esteem. The lessons make young people believe they are able, "he said.

In addition to Rezende, other Brazilian athletes have been through the Coffee with Incentive, an event that aims to bring the LIE department of technical team of the Ministry of Sports to the reality of organizations carrying out projects through the federal regulation. The Initiation Centers project to Volleyball in Paraná is one of the four projects of the Institute Social and Sporting share and is developed in 14 municipalities in the state that receives incentives LIE via the Ministry of Sports, Unilever and Itaú.
According to Rezende, the support of legislation is important so that these initiatives have the resources to get things done. "The only way you could really turn the initiatives in public policy is through incentive laws. In a country of continental dimensions, this is only possible with public support. You can even put a plane in the air, but it needs fuel to keep flying. The companies see the benefits of support, even in relation to visibility, and begin to channel their funds to these initiatives, "he said. The executive manager of the Institute Share Luiz Fernando Nascimento, and the administrative and financial analyst, Rubens Neves, also accompanied the meeting.

"Coffee with Incentive is a time of change for staff working with the Incentive Law. We analyze processes, but we need to keep in mind that behind these projects, there are people. Knowing how each action works, it helps to humanize our work, "said the deputy director of the Department of Promotion and Development of the Sports Ministry of Sports, Paulo Vieira.
