Machines to take pictures and pens for autographs were already prepared for the arrival of chief executive of the Institute Share and coach men's team volleyball, Rezende. He was in Curitiba on 11 and 12 November to celebrate the 15 years of the project Initiation Centers to Volleyball in Paraná. On Monday he took pictures with students and answered the most curious questions. Representing Unilever, principal private partner in the project since its inception in 1997, Ligia Camargo, Sustainability manager, accompanied the visit which also included, in the morning, with the presence of Rudimar Fedrigo, representing the Secretary of State for Sport, together Paul Julius and Veniltton Santos.
During the visit, held the morning shift and afternoon, students and officials had the opportunity to ask questions of the Rezende and he answered carefully. Of course the questions were fun and approached about his career and the project itself. The student category Mini 4 × 4, Juliana Petranski, 13, wanted to know what motivates him to continue with the project. "The project inspires me every day because I know that there are more children and adolescents as you learn to play this sport that has given me so many good things," says Rezende.

For Ligia Camargo, sustainability manager at Unilever, since the idea of the project in Parana was presented, Unilever was sure that all the dedication and the quality Rezende bears would be present and therefore had no doubts in accepting the partnership, which later extended to the Institute Share. The day before, Rezende was with teachers, interns and administrative staff of the various projects Share Institute in Curitiba for casual dining. On occasion, he can thank for their work and correspond to the trust for him.
