Every challenge met collectively the Share Loyalty campaign is glued a piece in the giant puzzle of the Central Core.
In the second half of this year, the Institute launched the campaign Share Share Loyalty initially deployed in core Central (Curitiba), Project Long Beach and Guaratuba Initiation Centers to Volleyball in Paraná. The objective of this pilot project, suggested in PEP held in January, was to encourage positive actions of students on a daily basis promoting the priority values of cooperation, respect, responsibility and autonomy, as well as strengthen the relationship of children and adolescents with the Institute Share. The move paid off: teachers, parents, guardians and students themselves realized the positive results that the campaign provided. The expectation is that by 2015, more cores are impacted.
The campaign is based on the use of a membership card, which are marked points for the behavior of students or carrying out some activities requested by their teachers. At the end of the year, three students from each class of nuclei and Central Campo Largo who obtained more scores were awarded. At the Center Guaratuba, as a pilot project, the award was only collective, in order to analyze the behavior of students. Among the tasks were: class attendance and minivôlei festivals, justified absences, punctuality, presentation of the report card, notes above average and realizable value activities.

For physical education teacher of Campo Largo Center, Kelly Cristina Antunes, "the campaign motivated more students in carrying out activities and created expectations for the scores." Children and adolescents participating in the Share Loyalty are also encouraged to meet challenges set for the whole class, including achieving 90% attendance in the month, for example.
In the three cores, each mission accomplished, the students received a piece to make up a break collective giant head. In Campo Largo, students are awarded individually for carrying out positive actions over half of 2014.
For Kelly Antunes, the campaign was quite valid. The awards were given to students according to the first, second and third places on the number of scores.
