After 16 years of work at the Institute Share, the manager of knowledge, Fabio Okazaki - better known as Fabinho - will leave on 31 August, the number of employees seeking new personal goals. Fabinho began in Rexona AdeS project in Paraná as an intern physical education, was a professor, engineer to become, in early 2012, responsible for Knowledge Management division of the Institute Share. Their practical experience with volleyball in the combined project to academic training (completed his Masters in Exercise and Sport in the area of Motor Behavior, Federal University of Paraná) has made reference initially to the Professional Initiation Centres project to Volleyball in Paraná and then for all other projects Share.
Fabinho structured, along with other engineers, planning for knowledge management that involves the constant evolution of Share Initiation Methodology to volleyball, a line of research and presentation of papers at conferences and seminars, in addition to the IC Clinics command around Brazil.
In practical activity, Fabinho conducts exercises in Minivôlei Clinic.
In a message sent to professionals Share Institute, Fabinho says: "I would like to thank everyone for so many years of work, for growth, for companionship, passion and friendship during these almost 16 years. I really have to thank God for having had the opportunity to wake up every day motivated to work and know that this environment would share values with students, teachers, athletes, coaches and many highly trained professionals who have contributed immensely to my training. "
Even as coordinator, Fabinho makes technical visit to Guarapuava Core Initiation Centers project to Volleyball in Paraná.
"I certainly will miss all but 'nothing can erase what time wrote in me' and there are many good memories of these years. I am and will always be an enthusiast and supporter of all the Share, that devote their time - and why not say their lives? - Contributing to human development through sport! May you continue to grow and be a reference! "He concludes.
