Throughout the year, in classes and extra activities, students category Mini 4 × 4 (13 years) learn to practice respect and apply it in all environments in which they live (school, family, design, etc.). To strengthen this work and promote games between students, the initiation of the project Nuclei Volleyball prepared a festival out on October 20. The boys of the State of Paraná College and Girls Club Duque de Caxias were asked to increase the exchange of experiences.
In the week before the event, young people were encouraged to research other about the concepts to perform an activity. While the games took place, each student wrote on a paper what he had meant by "respect" after a year of work and research. The student Guilherme Alves Teixeira was awarded the book "Never Stop Trying" by Michael Jordan for having developed the best testimony.
A difference of this festival was the large presence of parents in the age at which children are generally no longer accompany the events. "The event was an excellent participation of students Mini 4 × 4, the games were very exciting and everyone was well motivated for the matches," says Professor Alexandro Martins. "A different development was the large participation of parents and fans among the students of the same class. We attribute this factor to increased living together during the year, "he concludes.
