In an atmosphere of relaxation, games prioritize integration and accountability.

In a party mood, joy and relaxation, the Mini Volleyball Festival 2012 project Volleyball Network in Rio de Janeiro marked the morning of about 400 students from 10 public schools in the city, home to all cores. The event took place at the Physical Education Center Admiral Adalberto Nunes da Marinha do Brazil - Cefan - and had the presence of Rezende, chief executive of the Institute Share and coach of the men's volleyball team, and the athletes of the women's volleyball team Unilever. Partners, Municipal of Rio de Janeiro Education and Unilever sent their representatives Cristina Brum and Ligia Camargo with Erica Ikuno, respectively, to honor the event.

The main objective was to promote integration between students and teachers of the nuclei, provide a different day for children and adolescents, and end the year 2012 with a flourish. And so was the progress of the festival. Twenty blocks Mini Volleyball were mounted on one of Cefan football fields to receive students and provide many chances to play with different cores. Teachers also went on the court to play a little with the students and made the festival even more fun. "We are worshiping the event. Is great fun but see teachers playing is awesome! "Say the students of Inhaúma Center, Alexandra da Silva and Kassia de Lima, 14 years.

Testimonials workshop encourages festival.

To work the value of responsibility, the games were organized for the students themselves to do the arbitration and the crossing of different cores teams. While students waited his turn, they took part in the workshop where Testimonials were available cards with words they, in groups, should join to form a sentence. Some of them were: "Respect + Cooperation = Love" and "We share respect and equality." Photos are available on the site, blog and facebook Share Institute. For Vinicius Petrunko, responsible for the event and the project coordinator, the festival surprised. "There was okay, the workshop was full and students always well exploited the spaces available. I was proud to see students with clipboards, making game control, arbitration and forming tables. It was their first experience with this system and have dealt with it, getting involved in the organization, "he says.

Rezende and Unilever team athletes make the happiness of the kids.

A surprise appealed to all participants: the visit of Rezende and athletes from the women's volleyball team Unilever Fabi (libero), Valeskinha (middle-of-network), Amanda (tip) and Roberta (setter). The euphoria was great, the students took pictures, got autographs and chatted a bit with the athletes. The setter Roberta started playing volleyball in the initiation Volleyball Center in Parana on a project Share Institute in Curitiba, similar to the project of Rio de Janeiro.

Rezende took the opportunity to honor the project partners - Unilever and Municipality of Rio de Janeiro - and the event. The captain Mauro Dias Villa, Instant Cefan, received a plaque in appreciation to the given space. For Ligia Camargo, Unilever's sustainability manager, "is very gratifying see firsthand the work of the project here in Rio de Janeiro, to see that the partnership between Unilever and Share Institute is generating results, which is in line with our promotion welfare ", he says.
