About 50 students and physical education professionals of Cuiabá / MT and the metropolitan area had the opportunity to participate during the days 02-04 of May, the Mini Volleyball Clinic held at the University Center of Várzea Grande (UNIVAG). The organization had the support of the Sports Institute of the Child - MT (IDC), the Mato Grosso Federation of Volleyball (FMTV) and UNIVAG.
The objective was to pass on to participants Methodology Share Initiation to Volleyball, used in all projects of Social and Sporting institution, based on the Mini Volleyball experience. For a better understanding of the concepts of the methodology, the present entered the mounted miniquadras, participated in hands-on activities and values. According to Fabio Okazaki, knowledge manager's Share, students were willing and participating in all the activities proposed. Joining him were the executive manager, Luiz Fernando Nascimento and the project analyst Vinicius Petrunko.
To help in practical activities, the Institute Share included Kids Volleyball design students. This project has been working the Mini Volleyball in the region and therefore many of the professionals present already knew the basics of methodology, causing the clinical could be further. According to Selma Lopes, project manager Volleyball Kids, the clinic added a lot to the development of volleyball in the state. "The question of values was the largest contributor to our professional growth, because we need to work the sport in its entirety," he says. "We just have to thank the Institute Share and professionals who have been here for providing us with new knowledge," he concludes.
At the end of the clinic, raffles were carried out several gifts such as annual reports of Share, caps, key chains, comic Share is ... and T-shirts Initiation Centers project to Volleyball in Paraná Institute Share and women's volleyball team Unilever.
