For three days representatives of the members of Rems - Sport for Social Change Network - gathered for the elaboration of the Participatory Strategic Plan conducted by consultancy Peers. The aim was to define the mission, alignment of collective vision and outline strategic objectives for Rems 2014.
Divided into predetermined groups, 14 representatives of member could do an analysis of the social sports scenario in the country and measure the obstacles. So traced some actions that surpass the obstacles, proposed goals and set dates and responsible for each goal. The plan will be presented to the other members to then be validated in semi-annual meeting to be held later this month.
For Luiz Fernando Nascimento, executive manager of the Institute Share, this is an important time for Rems position yourself opposite the context: "we are defining some strategic issues that will align all the work going forward," he says.
