The importance of hydration before, during and after physical exercise is a lecture theme performed by nursing students from the UNP with the students category Mini 2x2 core Christmas.

The kids was careful not to lose any information, after all, these events they have the opportunity to learn more about quality of life. Since the end of the month, students prepared a lively party to celebrate Mother's Day, with a very attractive programming.
On 02 children attending the volleyball classes category Mini 2 × 2-9 and 10 years old - attended a lecture held by the UNP nursing students about the importance of hydration before, during and after practice physical exercises.
