Festival celebrates anniversary of Municipal School Leonel Azevedo.
Every year, the Municipal School Leonel Azevedo celebrates his birthday on 30 March. When the Network Volleyball project started its activities in the school, the festivities began to be closed with a beautiful festival organized by Professor Anthony Costa and his students.
The festival was planned so that students interact with each other and implement the values learned in class, so the teams were chosen by themselves, working autonomy and responsibility. The value of cooperation was present all the time with students acting as arbitrators, as well as in the preparation and reinforcement of networks, the balls count and with the final snack. "At the time of the games the respect of value was quite exercised, with students playing with honesty and respecting the rules and colleagues," says the teacher.

The games were fast and dynamic, providing the opportunity to play with all teams. "I loved the event. I wish every month had a festival like this, where we can play well, "says Karina Silverio, 12, student category Mini 4 × 4. The event was held on the eve of the game Unilever team for the Women's Super League Volleyball and all the children who came to Maracanãzinho were before the tournament and while they waited for their games, doing motivational posters for the athletes Unilever.
