Guest team and the initiation of the project Nuclei Volleyball in Paraná play together during minivôlei festival.
The Central Core - Curitiba / PR Initiation Centers project to Volleyball in Paraná received - on Saturday 21 September - hundreds of children and adolescents of categories Mini 3 × 3 and 4 × 4 Mini for internal minivôlei festivals. The games were held on the campus of the gym of the Sports Secretariat of State, which hosts the volleyball classes. The team invited to São José dos Pinhais came into court to participate in morning activities and, in all, about 130 parents and guardians were present to monitor the event.
In the mornings, students category Mini 4 × 4 of the Central Core and São José dos Pinhais team sang the National Anthem and teachers received guidance on the organization of the festival. Enio Murara, father of Renata Murara student, 12, reported that the event is essential because of the integration of students and the application of knowledge in teams. "The importance of the project in my daughter's life is clear, especially in discipline and respect, and teach that the defeats are the basis for learning and to seek more dedication," he said. Students from category Volleyball and alumni have supported the event, performing arbitration of games.
Teenagers could practice with colleagues from the project and the team asked what they learned in class, including the value of respect, and filled out a poster on what you think of the festival. The teacher Cybele Carbonar, Sao Jose dos Pinhais, liked what he saw. "The experience for students is sensational! Teaching respect shows that it is not just the sport, this value goes far beyond our own control. I could see a lot of emotions in each of the students look! "He said. Alexandro Martins, a professor at Central Core and event organizer, said that compared to the first festival there was an improvement in the technical level of the game and increase in number of times. "The participation of a team from outside enriched the event and were able to show the work of the core values we do," he said.
Already in the afternoon, children and adolescents in the category Mini 3 × 3 attended the 1st Grand Prix 3 × 3. In these games, as well as collective awards which also happened in the morning with the students category Mini 4 × 4, we had the individual award, called "Team Spirit", represented by a trophy. The aim was to highlight three students who have shown respect, responsibility and cooperation at the festival and the choice was made by their own colleagues, through voting.
Kaoana Martin, John Maister and Mariana Fogaça (from left. P / dir.), Mini 3x3 category students receive prominent award trophies "Team Spirit".
Another innovation was the launch of the campaign "Make a child happy, donate a toy." It is a responsibility to exercise for the students category Mini 3 × 3 who practice this value during project classes. Registration for the event was the donation of a new toy or used in good condition. These toys that are intended for children from two charities, which in the child's week will participate in some activities, with the students of the project, the Campus gym of the Sports Secretariat of State. "The donation had enabled us to reinforce the importance of social responsibility," said Tatiana Ribas, professor of Initiation Centers project to Volleyball in Paraná.
