Attentive, students learn how to prevent and treat burns.

With the proximity of the June Festivals, and the resulting increase in cases of burns, Christmas Center held, along with nursing students at the University Potiguar (UNP), partner in the project, an education lecture methods of prevention and treatment of burns. About 30 students and guardians were present in the nucleus.

According to Professor Claudio Araujo, the event was a very pleasant due to the interest shown by spectators, who watched attentive to prevention tips on the use of artifacts that can lead to accidents. To further attract the attention of those involved, students prepared an explanatory theatrical piece that also dealt with procedures which must be taken when burning occurs.

Curious, students asked questions to the students and the day became even more relaxed and interactive. "The lecture was very good because it showed ways of prevention and treatment of burns," says Daniel de Carvalho Feliciano, 11, of the category Mini 3 × 3. At the end of the instructions, a gang that ensured the animation students and graduate students it was organized.

Yet it occurred on the 12th of June, an event with the theme educational values, which were given lectures about good manners, respect for elders, understanding and respect for the rules, colleagues and opponents and then carried out activities related to them. In closing, after lunch, students played very volleyball.
