Students of Penha Center prepared a feast - with sweet, savory and soft drinks - to welcome the colleagues of the Center Long River at the meeting of interacting Festival. This event takes place every six months with the students of the ten Nuclei Rio / RJ, exchanging experiences on the volleyball and make new friendships with colleagues from other core also involved in the project Volleyball Network. On May 24, the festival took place at the Municipal School President Eurico Dutra and gathered about 90 teens category Mini 4 × 4.
Before the games begin, young people of the two nuclei were educated on the dynamics of the festival and teachers, Eliane Mattar and Marcel Maciel, used to talk about the values of category Mini 4 × 4. The games were divided into stages and the respect and the joy among colleagues remained. Victoria Caroline dos Santos, 12, the Mini 4 × 4 category, the Center Long River, felt nice to have participated, "enjoyed the game in the other school! All are very good and play well like us. They made a very tasty snack for us, "he says.
All students played several times during the festival, leaving a healthy atmosphere of sports. The student Beatriz Santana, 14, from Volleyball, category core Penha said, "we did not play very well, but it was very exciting." In the end, all received medals.
