The contact with nature helps to recharge and start the year with confidence. It was this proposal that the coordinators of the project Nuclei Initiation Volleyball Parana (formerly Citizen Sports Programme Unilever) organized a day of integration activities between the Central Core teachers. The event took place on a farm in Campina Grande do Sul, metropolitan region of Curitiba. Altogether 15 people participated, including the executive manager of the Institute Share Luiz Fernando Nascimento.
Even with the rain and the cold, the teachers were willing to carry out the activities that have always sought to seek unity, teamwork, resilience and courage. "The strong point was the moment everyone had to cross the river, some had to overcome their own fears, always with the support and encouragement of colleagues," recalls Professor Alan Isizaki.
According to the coordinators, the goal of generating unity and reflection on the work done during 15 years of design has been reached. To Josmar Coelho, pedagogical coordinator of the project, this meeting reflects the progress of work today in the Central Core. "The changes are already visible. We realized a close-knit team cooperating with each other and most importantly knowing if put forth the difficulties and facing the same with team spirit. " This was also the view of teachers. "I really liked the activities that made me reflect and rethink our goals and our difficulties, we always have and we need to be alert in order to get past them. With one step at a time we can get to the end of the year victorious and proud of all we have achieved and implemented, "said the teacher Rosana Silva who teaches in the project since 2002.
