The Teachers' Symposium and Coordinator of the Institute Share had her first day marked by moments of surprise, information and enthusiasm. Packed with activities, in order to integrate and upgrade the skills of the four projects of the Social and Sporting Share with them the Volleyball Network, Sport in Action, Start Centers to Volleyball in Paraná and Super Action, the event provided one day quite busy those involved.

Coming from Rio de Janeiro, Rio Grande do Sul, Sao Paulo and Rio Grande do Norte, during the morning of July 31, teachers and coordinators were soon surprised upon arrival to the capital by a welcome kit with a card, bonbon and a long-sleeved shirt, left in their hotel rooms. The integration started at lunch, in which participants had their first contact with peers, followed by the first meeting at the hotel. "It's very interesting to meet people working in the same institution, however distant from each other. I believe the symposium goes beyond training. The integration will be a very important point for all of us, "said the financial and administrative analyst, Rubens Neves, of Curitiba.

Followed by the presentation of the members of the management conducted by executive manager of Share, Nando, the symposium had continuity with the presentation of the communications industry, innovations on reports and lecture given by sociologist Mariana de Azevedo, the Institute Nonviolence with the theme "Resolution Conflicts ".
