Always performed in a center-based receiving another, students have the opportunity to go through a period of sharing of experience, making new friendships and strengthening citizenship. It is also a time of application of the values learned in class - cooperation, responsibility, respect and autonomy.
The teams are always formed, first, by mixing pupils of the two cores and then the triplets are of the same core. "It was nice to play with new people, although some are larger than us," says the student of the Center Tijuca, Bianca dos Santos, 11, who attended the stage on the 20th of September. To please even more students, a surprise: two athletes of female volleyball team Unilever visit the festival.
IIn the 20th, the players Mara and Bruna were the Tijuca Center and on the 21st, in the Governor's Island Center were Amanda and Juciely. During the visit the athletes take part in some games with the students, after all come together and we sat down in the middle of the court, ask questions to the players that, according to the teacher Tatiana Costa "are friendly and thoughtful." Soon after, the athletes distribute autographs and take photos with students.
Nuclei were united in the same manner of the first half stage, just by changing the cores host. The Center Tijuca received the Rabbit Core Neto, the Governor of the Island Center received the Penha Core and Core Taquara received the Center Long River. Despite the heavy rain in Rio de Janeiro, the stage of Taquara Nucleus followed strong.
The distribution of participation medals is different at this stage: students a core deliver the medals to the other core. Later this year, in the first half, the festival took place in June and the second half is being held on 21, 22, 26 and 27 September.
