The professionals who will be part of the Share Institute projects go through the accreditation in the Methodology Share Initiation Volleyball in order to understand the working method and teaching within the concepts. Every year they also receive improvement, ie, updating the methodology, plus all the online support of the coordinators during the year. On 9 and 10:23 on 25 March, the Corps teachers Lagoa Santa / MG and Rio / RJ, respectively, of the Network Volleyball project received these capabilities that ensure the smooth running of activities.
In Lagoa Santa, attended by Juliane Montebrune teachers of Camp Center and Marcos Vinicius da Silva core Santos Dumont, who already gave lessons in design since 2014. Besides them, the professionals Carlos dos Santos and Gabriela Tonazio have been accredited so that if a teacher have to leave the future activities, they can replace it quickly. In two days it was possible to expose in theory and in practice the principles and advantages of the methodology, especially the Mini category 2 × 2, 3 × 3 and Mini Mini 4 × 4, and present administrative, event dates and clarify doubts. At the end, participants individually developed some exercises for presentation and group discussion. The practical activities were carried out with help of the Center Santos Dumont students.
Already in Rio de Janeiro, with a number of changes to teachers and exchanges cores, the accreditation of six physical education teachers was needed who will work on the project in 2015. Professor Fernando Mattos, the Penha Center; Leonardo Fragoso, the Engenho da Rainha Center; Patricia Medina, the Bonsucesso Center; Fernanda Lima, Core Ricardo Albuquerque; and Marcelo Vieira's new Core Riachuelo at the Municipal School George Sumner. These moments with teachers and some visits to schools were also important for the integration of new coordinator Mariana Cochrane joins the team with the current local coordinator, Renata Regis. Mariana has experience in the Share methodology because it was a trainee teacher and Fort Core Leme Sport in Action project.
Those in charge of accreditations and maintenance of core Lagoa Santa and Rio de Janeiro are Kathy Keller and Vinicius Petrunko respectively. They work in the office of Curitiba / PR, headquarters of Sharing, make remote assistance to teachers and several times a year travel to the nuclei of places to have direct contact with professionals, technical visits and strengthen relationships with local partners.
