During the days 8-10 of August, about 90 professional and physical education students from Rio Grande do Norte capital and metropolitan area gathered to know the Methodology Share Initiation Volleyball, used in the four projects of the Institute Share. Theoretical and practical classes were held at the University Potiguar (UNP) and Integrated Education Centre (IEC), project partners Network in Volleyball in the city.
The activities proposed and developed by the knowledge manager Fabio Okazaki and the analyst's Share projects, Ana Elisa Caron, aimed at the participants' involvement. Divided into groups, all built posters on values that can be taught to children and adolescents through sports and the mounted miniquadras, proposed the four categories exercises (Mini 2 × 2, 3 × 3 Mini, Mini 4 × 4 and Volleyball) . "It was a dynamic course with a very good proposal," said Nascimento Joanilson, a public school teacher of Currais Novos / RN.
During the morning of 8 and 9, the UNP, the lectures were focused on the principles of the methodology - playfulness, space adjustments and number of participants, preparation of activities with play trimming and inserting values at all times class. "I applied in the clinic to learn even more about volleyball, which is a mode that gives me pleasure to play and teach," says Professor Richardson Fernandes, Christmas. "I found very pertinent methodology and consistent with our reality of work," he adds.
The practical activities carried out in the CIS illustrated the theories seen before. For this, the Share was attended about 30 students Christmas Core / RN, participants of the four categories. While children and adolescents demonstrated the exercises, participants attended interested and went into court to try the activities and the reduced dimensions.
To complement the course and face the challenge of putting the knowledge into practice, the participants themselves proposed game cropping activities. "This is always an important time when they gather all the contents and experiences of three days and try to put into practice. It's good for us to assess whether they understood the content, "says Ana Elisa Caron.
In closing there were giveaways as Activity Report, bags, books and T-shirts. "Participation, almost equivalent, of students and professionals has been very positive because it provided greater exchange of experience among those present. I could see that they were all involved and were participatory, "concludes Ana Elisa. "Everything I learned during this period will lead to use as a source of inspiration for the political pedagogical project of my school," promises Richardson.
