The month of May began with a day of great celebration at the Center Bonsucesso in Rio de Janeiro. Involving coordinators, parents and students, the Volleyball Festival, held at the Municipal School Dilermando Cruz, it was an event where students could show their parents and / or guardians all what they are learning in the project Volleyball Network.
The teacher core, Casimir Neto, welcomed the participants of the event and talked about how the project affects the behavior and attitude of the young, the methodology used, and how it is addressed the question of values, which are cooperation, responsibility , respect and autonomy in ascending order of the Mini 2 × 2
Volleyball and transversely to the values self-esteem and resilience. Shortly after the presentation, children and adolescents followed for blocks filling the day with exciting volleyball matches. "I loved to see my daughter playing," proudly declares Renata Santos, mother of Victory Conception, 11 years, the category Mini 3X3.
Demonstrating responsibility and involvement with the project, the students went into action off the court, "did a raffle for a basket of chocolates, and what we collected, commissioned many snack foods, soft drinks, sweets for lunch and medals used in awards "says Casimir.
The celebration was marked by joy and interest of participants, and of course a lot of physical activity, "the happiness of all who participated in the project, the success of the party, the interaction of the school community, the project dissemination and the commitment of the children was very big, "concludes Casimir.
