Children category Mini 2 × 2 Central Core - Curitiba / PR participated in the afternoon of September 14, the minivôlei internal festival held on the campus of the gym of the Sports Secretariat of State, which hosts the project classes Nuclei Tutorial Volleyball in Paraná. About 50 students, aged 9 and 10 years, had fun with the contest of personal hygiene, with several educational games organized by teachers and played several volleyball matches. Parents actively participated in the activities proposed and were able to interact with the children at various times. As for the students of the special class, which have focused on training for competitions were invited to assist in the dynamics of the event.
According to Professor Tatiana Ribas, in order to promote the contest hygiene was to encourage children to exercise respect and cooperation with colleagues in adversity that appear in the course of activities and also teach them how to lose and to win. It was a way to teach basic aspects of more relaxed way for students this age group. "In addition to acquiring basic notions of body and oral hygiene might recognize their importance," he said.
Before the contest started, but already divided into teams, children attended a sensitization video with tips on how to brush your teeth properly and cartoon characters that told the importance of good hygiene. Amid various words written on paper and mixed, the first mission of the groups was to assemble the phrase "It is important to take care of our hygiene and health." Parents were invited to join the crowd and the liveliest accumulate 1000 points at the end of the contest for the team it represented.
The next year was cooperation and children organized in pairs and holding a thong were designed to clean a tooth, designed on heavy paper with pasted papers that simulated debris. All games held integrated the values of sport worked in class. According to Professor Tatiana Ribas, cooperation was evident in the play with balloons. Here, phrases on the subject were placed in flasks, but only the correct points worth, such as "my brush teeth daily after meals." The goal was to burst the balloons of colleagues and collect the greatest amount of phrases with positive actions. The process of preparation and execution of the activity required the collaboration of teachers, volleyball and participating students of the special class.
The last joke of the contest also had participation of parents, which helped children find printed pictures of personal hygiene items, such as soap, nail clipper and swab, hidden by the gym. "Parental involvement was excellent! We saw that they were actually interacting and enjoying the moment with their children. Teachers and students of special volleyball team were great entertainers for their teams and interacted well with the kids! "Said Tatiana.
And how could not miss the second time the festival was reserved for minivôlei games. To provide the experience of classes to parents and guardians and show work that is done with their children within the project, the teachers organized a volleyball Mini-Lesson. Including, participants helped to keep the materials used in the activity to understand the importance of cooperation. Maria Helena, mother of the student Adriano Filipe, 9, liked to be present at the festival. "The interaction is fantastic. Cooperate worth, "he said. At the end, students were free, they could choose who they wanted to play and were asked to opine about the event, dynamically and with the use of adhesives, besides answering simple questions on the subject personal hygiene. The aim was to find out if students understood the subject. Valdirene Teixeira, mother of student Izabella Maria da Silva, 9, was pleased with what he saw.
