Coming to Brazil to deploy Social and Sporting projects in Rio de Janeiro, non-governmental organization Right to Play (in free translation: Play Law) came into contact with the Share Institute for the work developed in the city. The executive manager of Share Luiz Fernando Nascimento, received the Canadian Elyse Ruest-Archambault, gender expert at Right to Play, the Center Tijuca's Volleyball Network project.

Elyse had opportunity to meet the Methodology Share Initiation Volleyball applied in class and had access to the Guide Right Choice and Gibi Share is ... that are part of the educational program. Besides the visit, it was possible to talk a little about the reality of Rio de Janeiro, as the sport is developed and the real needs of children and adolescents.

The Right to Play, founded in 2000 by skater four times gold medalist Johann Olav Koss, operates in Social and Sporting projects, through sports and games help children develop essential skills for life and a better future, while drives change social in their communities with lasting impact. It is currently present in countries mainly in Africa and in Southeast Asia such as China, Ethiopia, Ghana, Jordan, Kenya, Lebanon, Liberia, Mozambique, Pakistan, Palestine, Peru, Rwanda, Sudan, Tanzania, Thailand, among others. Interest in Rio de Janeiro was due to the importance of Brazil in world sports scene due to the approach of the major sporting events taking place in the coming years (World Cup in 2014 and Olympics 2016).
