About 80 participants attend the lecture analyst of the Institute Share projects, Ana Elisa Caron.
On Thursday, June 13, the project analyst of the Institute Share, Ana Elisa Caron, was present at the dialogue "The integration between assessment and management in the real world," sponsored by the Institute Source with the support of Itaú Social Foundation. Besides Share, another five institutions were selected to present experiences on the assessment of impact on the management of programs and projects. Ana Elisa reveals that during the presentations realized the difficulties of institutions in making assessment are quite similar. "It's a challenge in common." In the first part of the dialogue, over 80 people took part in a listen and then could discuss the issue.
The directors of the Institute Source, Madelene Barboza and Martina Rillo Otero, has welcomed those present, explained the dynamics of the meeting and the representative of Itaú Social Foundation, Carlos Eduardo Garrido, spoke about the organization's support for the event. Then began the presentations of the Pearl Project, the Childhood Program Ideal (the Instituto Camargo Correa), the Emcantar Association, the Project The Color Force (ACM-SP), the Rhizome Educator Training Project with Art and Culture (the Wake Art Association) and Association Hurra! - Sport: school for life and, finally, the presentation of Ana Elisa Caron, the Institute Share.

Ana Elisa spoke about Monitoring System and Share Rating (Simac) in Leme Strong Core -. Rio / RJ Sport in Action project The system came to discover the impact of sport in changing student behavior in the design, school and in the family. Ana showed the way of evaluation of the core, with the start of construction of the baseline, which is the development of objectives, goals and instruments of action. He talked also about the quantitative and qualitative methods of monitoring, as waves of occupancy rates for the first and perception of interviews with social actors involved with the project in the second. Finally, it revealed certain evaluation findings of impact carried out after five years of follow-up core.
Some of the impact on management, presented by Ana Elisa, were the hard monitoring of quantitative indicators, with the same criteria in all cores and the complete flow of information, in which teachers and coordinators of the nuclei began to receive the monthly reports devolutiva , contributing to the better functioning of the shares. Other interesting findings revealed that students feel satisfied and happy and lose their shyness with the lessons of the project, which also favor the socialization and the relationship. After a break for lunch, participants and listeners exchanged ideas and were free to go on stage to tell other interesting cases, give suggestions and opinions relevant to the topic. Ana Elisa says that "it was very positive! Each placed a positioning ". Finally, the representatives of the institutions that participated in the dialogue were presented with a notebook and the book "context and practice of evaluation of social initiatives in Brazil: current issues", organized by Martina Rillo Otero.
